Warranty period is 7 days from the date of service at the salon.
Free repair for technical issues:

Gel polish peeling due to technical errors (e.g. poor adhesion, quick peeling)

Cracked, broken, or misshaped nails caused by technician error
Cases NOT covered under warranty:

External impact: strong collision, self-removal of nails, breakage due to hitting hard objects

Improper nail care by the customer (e.g. prolonged exposure to water, contact with strong chemicals)

Claims made after the warranty period has expired
